How do you ensure food safety during transit?
All perishable items are packed in temperature-controlled thermal bags with food-grade ice packs. Our delivery fleet is equipped with cold-storage compartments to maintain the cold chain from our gallery to your doorstep.
Can I return food products if I am not satisfied?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, perishable food items cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
